Try out this “Mac & Cheese” cauliflower, cheese, and bacon dish for your kiddos. It’s baked and even includes a veggie.
Bacon lovers, you should love this recipe because it includes bacon. It’s similar to macaroni and cheese but is more nutritious than regular pasta.
This recipe was especially approved of by one of my granddaughters when she was a toddler. I made this recipe for my daughter and son-in-law twice, and they agreed that it looked like Mac & Cheese.

Cauliflower Dipped in Ranch or Other Dressing
Cauliflower can taste bland when eaten cold and raw unless dipped in ranch or other dressing but becomes a delightful vegetable when prepared hot. Prepared like southern twice baked potatoes or my other Pinterest favorites, your family and guests who don’t like vegetables will be asking for seconds.

Cauliflower has always been a favorite vegetable of mine. My husband is not a big fan. I bet he would eat, and enjoy this on. I’m definitely giving it a try.
