Kitchen Southern Hospitality 30 Days of Meals for Two
Pimento cheese recipes vary, and there are umpteen kinds of bread to choose from to make sandwiches. Kitchen Southern Hospitality (KSH) special event of the month is 30 Days of Meals for Two. Included in one of the posts is a list of menus for spring and summer snacks and lunches with cheese. A pimento cheese sandwich suggestion is a part of that list, and a pimento spread is the highlighted recipe. Pumpernickel bread is one of the recommended ways to serve the cheese spread.
Rye and pumpernickel choices go great with pimento cheese, but give it a try with cinnamon raisin bread. Tasty. Breakfast and lunch all in one. Cheese-delicious. Hint of sweet. Ah! Lovely brunch.
