When I tried out my cousin’s new air fryer, she and I learned together how to operate it. We practiced recipes in her new appliance for three days. We tried out a grilled cheese sandwich first. It was so good that we made another the next day. Then the third day she thawed out three salmon patties, and we cooked them.
Since there were three salmon patties, we cut the first two in half and they fit just fine inside the basket. The third pattie was cooked by itself.

Air Fryer Salmon Patty Recipe for One

- 1 each Salmon Patty, thawed
- 3 slices Smoked Gruyere cheese
- 2 slices Bread
Spray inside the air fryer tray with a nonstick cooking spray.
Spray the bottom of the salmon patty lightly with the cooking spray.
Place the salmon patty on the top of the tray that fits inside the basket.
Slide the basket into the air fryer, and push the middle button.
Cook at 390 degrees on one side for 18 minutes.
Carefully remove the patty with a spatula when removing it from the basket.
Serve with cheese on a sandwich.
