  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 cups Fresh Organic Spinach
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can French Fried Onions


  1. Saute spinach in the coconut oil on a griddle.  

  2. Add the eggs and scramble.

  3. Add the cheese.

  4. Top with French Fried Onions.
