Lemon Pancakes

  • 1 cup Aunt Jemima Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1 ea egg
  • 1 tsp lemon honey
  • 3/4 cup organic 2% milk


  1. Beat the egg, and mix in the cup of pancake mix.

  2. Melt the honey in the microwave then add to the egg and pancake mix.

  3. Pour in the milk, and stir all ingredients.

  4. Pour a ladle full of the mix onto a hot electric griddle (approx. 250 degrees).

  5. Flip the pancakes over when they are covered with bubbles.

  6. When the pancakes look golden, remove from the griddle and place on a plate for serving.
