Ingredients

  • 1 Cup. Lamb's Stoneground Grits Or use other brand.
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Mexican Cheese Four Cheese Blend
  • 1 Tablespoon Bacon Pieces

Instructions

  1. Pour 3 cups water into a pot with the salt and bring to a boil.

  2. Add the grits and stir continually until boiling.

  3. Mix the butter and whipping cream with the grits and stir.

  4. Serve the grits into bowls, and top with the grated cheese and bacon.
