Easy sausage balls made with biscuit mix
Empty sausage into a large mixing bowl and mash the meat with a fork.
Pour the biscuit mix in with the sausage and blend well with a spoon.
Add milk and mix well.
Add the seasoning.
Shape into small to medium-size balls.
Arrange the sausage balls (spaced apart so they aren’t touching), onto two large cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
If taking to a party, keep the sausage balls warmed in a slow cooker.
