A light peach cobbler made in the slow cooker
Melt coconut oil in the microwave and pour into the bottom of slow cooker.
Mix 8 packets of the Splenda, flour, and baking powder.
Stir in the evaporated milk.
Pour batter evenly on top of the coconut oil.
Place the canned peaches evenly over the batter.
"Bake" in the slow cooker for 1 hour and 45 minutes on high.
This peach cobbler recipe makes enough for four people to have one serving. Or, it's the perfect dessert for two people to have a serving plus one to put in the fridge for the next day.
