Mediterranean Mango Caprese Appetizer for Two

A Caprese appetizer seasoned with Mediterranean style herbs and spices

  • 2 slices Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 twigs Fresh Rosemary
  • 2 slices Tomatoes
  • 2 leaves Fresh Basil
  • 4 drops Mango Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 drops Exra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 each Pimento Stuffed Manzanilla Olives


  1. Slice the fresh mozzarella cheese first and place onto a plate.

  2. Add a basil leaf on top of each cheese slice.

  3. Slice a tomato, and add a tomato slice on top of each cheese slice and basil leaf.

  4. Add an olive on top of each tomato.

  5. Drizzle a couple of drops each of the vinegar and olive oil on top of each Caprese appetizer, and serve.
