Pork riblet dinner for two made in the slow cooker
Season both sides of the riblets with one of the tablespoons of herb and spice blend.
Place ribs into the bottom of the slow cooker.
Place foil on top of the meat, pressing down and forming into the shape of a bowl.
Cut the potatoes and cabbage into quarters and place them on the foil, adding the seasoning and butter (cut into small pieces and placed around the potatoes and cabbage).
Cook on high for 8 hours.
If you don't want your riblets to literally fall apart, then try cooking the ribs on low for 8-10 hours.
