Broccoli & Apple Salad

Add this nutritious and delicious vegetable and apple salad to your 21-Day Fix weekly meal plan.


  • 1/2 each Red Bell Pepper sliced in small pieces
  • 2 servings Kerrygold Kellig Sweet Cheddar Natural Cheese cut in small cubes
  • 2 cups Fresh Broccoli Flowerets cut in very small flowerets
  • 2 small Apples cut in small pieces
  • 1 each Roma tomato cut in small chunks
  • 4 tablespoons Ken's Steak House Lite Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing


  1. Cut and chop vegetables, cheese, and apples.

  2. Stir all ingredients together.

  3. Mix in dressing well.
