  • 2 Tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 Package Fresh spinach leaves

  • 4 Mission Carb Balance Spinach Wraps

Instructions

  1. Slice the sausage links, put them in a cold nonstick pan, and cook until brown.

  2. Whisk the eggs and mix in with the sausage.

  3. Add the butter.

  4. Chop the spinach.

  5. Add the spinach and cheese.

  6. Put two tablespoons onto a warm spinach wrap, roll it up, and it's ready to eat.

Recipe Notes

The sausage adds enough of a salty taste for me. However, you may want to add a pinch of salt if it’s not salty enough for you.

Options: Use precooked pork sausage links, turkey sausage links, or use 1/4 to 1/3 package of ground sausage.

Calories are estimated.
Cooking time is approximate.
If you use the precooked sausage, the cooking time for the recipe should be less than 15 minutes. Although, the precooked sausage adds extra calories.

Cost may vary depending on items you have on hand and current prices.
