Ingredients

  • 2 slices H.E.B. Naturally Hickory & Mesquite Smoked Original Bacon No MSG. Gluten Free.
  • 2 slices Cinnamon Raisin Bread Thomas brand
  • 1 Red Leaf Lettuce
  • 1 slice Tomato
  • 2 tsp Mayonnaise and/or Mustard Or put as much as you like
  • 1 slice Cheese, optional Whichever kind you prefer

Instructions

  1. Place two slices of bacon in a cold cast iron skillet and turn the burner on medium heat.

  2. Fry the bacon approximately four minutes (depending on your stove and how fast it cooks).

  3. Turn the bacon over and cook another two minutes.

  4. Tear off a couple of paper towels, remove the bacon with a fork or tongs, and wrap them inside the paper towels to drain the grease well.

  5. Toast the bread.

  6. Add the mayonnaise (and/or mustard) to the slices of bread when they are ready.

  7. Cut or tear both slices of bacon into two pieces (makes you feel like you're eating more).

  8. Place the bacon on one of the slices of bread.

  9. Add the tomato slice next.

  10. Add the lettuce on top of the tomato, and top with the other slice of bread.
