Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup Sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup watermelon slices
  • 1 cup sliced oranges
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 sliced yellow summer squash
  • 1 cup small sliced celery sticks
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup green grapes
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 sliced cucumber
  • 1 large avocado slices
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup shredded red/purple cabbage
  • 1 cup purple grapes
  • 1/2 cup blackberries

Instructions

  1. Wash the fruits and vegetables.

  2. Organize them in rainbow color order on the counter of table.

  3. Place the fruits, veggies, and the cheese in order into a dish or onto a platter.

  4. Serve in bowls.

  5. Serve with crackers if desired.

The ingredient measurements in the recipe are approximately what Little Chef and I used but maybe not exactly. Use the amount you prefer.
