Pressure Cooker Summer Squash

Easy way to cook summer squash in a pressure cooker

Instructions

  1. Cut squash into slices, then cut the larger ones into fourths.

  2. Cut the onion in half them into small chunks.

  3. Put 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin oil into the pressure cooker.

  4. Add the squash and onion with the oil.

  5. Add the seasoning and stir.

  6. Add the butter on top.

  7. If adding another vegetable, place the rack on top of the squash and onion.

  8. For this recipe, I included three sweet potatoes and placed them on the rack.

Recipe Notes

Optional: You can add 1/4 water. I added 1/2 cup water, and it was too much.
