Protein in a Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Diamond Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 Cup Chobani Greek Yogurt Non-Fat
  • 1 Tablespoon Adams No-Stir Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Packet Splenda

Instructions

  1. Mix Splenda and yogurt together.

  2. Stir in peanut butter.

  3. Add nuts.

  4. Enjoy!

  1. Apples – Slice the apples, and dip in peanut butter. Leave the skin on the apples for more fiber.
  2. Bananas – Mash a banana with peanut butter and make a sandwich out of it.

  4. Carrots – Try dipping carrots in peanut butter. Great snack!
